Hi, I am Anne-Carole, The Tea Sommelier!

A bit of background

After nearly a decade working in Maritime Finance, I received a wake-up call.

I realized I needed a change. I had a thirst to be truly happy and healthy. I needed that not only for myself but also for the people around me.

Since my childhood, I’ve always loved all types of Teas, with or without milk, with or without sugar, all origins, colors and flavors. However, what captivated me the most, was the benefits that some teas and tisanes could bring us. How fabulous is
